Quality Control
Our factory fouses on the strict production procedure:
- Material choosen by high quality supplier
- Technicans Department design the PCB curcuit board according to customers'need. Can customize different country language, such as Italy, Spanish, Greek, Russia, Portugua, Romania, Brazil, etc.
- Then we will use the real PCB board according to the technical drawings.
- Use machine to put led on the board with tightness.
- We will test each led chip in order to make sure its qualtiy before assembly
- The power inside the PCB sheet will be installed
- We will conbine cross shape sheet
- Then the cross will be sent to waterproof test laboratory
- After waterproof test, we will put them in the temperature cabinet to test
- The crosses will be test by connecting the power.
